GigPort AB. ("GigPort") takes the private nature of your personal information very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit and use the GigPort website located at gigport.se (the "Site") and the services offered by GigPort (the Site, Mobile Apps, and services referred to as the "Service"). Please read this Privacy Policy to learn more about the ways in which GigPort uses and protects your personal information. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the Service or access our Site.

The GigPort Service is not intended for use by children. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Retention period: The personal data is stored for as long as you are a member of our communities and up to three months from the deletion of your account.

How do we collect personal data?

We collect personal data by:

  1. You are providing us personal data by setting up and adjusting your account.
  2. If you decide to accomplish the built in DISC and Driving Force assessment we will collect information about your behaviour style and driving forces by using the API provided by Target Training International, Ltd. That information will be visible on your personal profile if decided from your side.

Recipients of personal data

As data controller, we may instruct a partner or a supplier to perform the processing activities stated above, such as IT providers that perform necessary operations as well as media and advertising agencies. Such processing will not be done for any purpose other than as stated above. Some partners and suppliers may have part of their activities in non-EU/EEA countries. Transfers are only made to countries that, according to the EU Commission, have an adequate level of protection.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  1. Request information about what personal data we are processing about you and request a copy of these records (right of access).
  2. Receive personal data concerning you transferred to another data controller (right to data portability).
  3. To get inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected and in some cases request us to delete your personal information.
  4. To oppose the processing of certain personal data and request that the processing of personal data be restricted.
  5. Revoke consent for the processing of personal data if consent is used as a legal basis for processing.
  6. Notify and complain about how we process your personal data to the Datainspektionen, who is the Swedish data protection authority.

Changes to this Policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amend terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on the Site. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
